It seems to be that whenever a new movie comes out there is a lot of hype and rave reviews, everyone seems to be very keen to tell you, "If you only see one movie this year, then this is it!" And it's with that same excitement I would commend to you the "180 Movie".
The 180 Movie is a short documentary which examines a social evil that is occurring within our nation and in other ‘civilized' nations of the world. Recently, the internet lit up with talk about KONY2012, a short online movie that detailed the evil acts of child soldiers, death and pillage happening in Uganda. What was amazing was that many in the West soon became outraged when they saw the evil that Joseph Kony is perpetrating. As a result, there have been calls for military intervention, sanctions, and a wide variety of things to stop the evil, however, the irony is, in our own nation there is a great evil occurring yet very few seem interested in dealing with it.
The "180" deals with that social evil, an evil which is literally wiping out the next generation of people, the evil of abortion.
Since I first saw the 180 Movie I have become convinced that all people in every nation need to see this 33 minute film. This documentary will challenge your thoughts in relation to the murder of the unborn, and it will present the Gospel very clearly. Because of this wonderful "one, two punch" I would highly commend it to you. The social issue is dealt with, and the grace of Jesus Christ is applied.
In my desire to see this movie spread I decided to contact my local Christian bookstore, Koorong in Fyshwick (Canberra), to see if there was any chance I could promote this movie to all their customers. After speaking to Costa, the manager of the store, he very kindly gave me permission to place business cards on their front counter which advertise the movie.

Once I received permission for this I placed an order for the business cards from Living Waters, and then bought some labels and two card holders. The labels have the purpose of putting my contact details on the tract, so if people would like more information I am available to help.

My prayer is that God will use this simple method of advertisment to reach people firstly with the Gospel, and secondly with the importance of ending the killing of babies in the womb. I'd also encourage you to try the same thing, contact your local Christian bookstore, see if they would be kind enough to allow you to place the 180 cards on their counter.
