It has been awhile since I've written any kind of ministry update for the blog. However, if you have 'liked' our ministry page on Facebook you would be aware that much has been happening.
In the time since last writing I have found myself extremely busy with the work of the ministry. At this stage I am serving as an Evangelistic Pastor for Craigie Reformed Baptist Church here in Perth, Scotland, and as such I am preaching three times per week. On top of my ministerial duties I have been trying to get out and share the Gospel.
We have done quite a bit of evangelistic work in Perth through the means of literature evangelism. Last week saw us partnering with Grace Baptist Partnership - Scotland to distribute literature door to door and also on the streets. Many hundreds of tracts were given away during this outreach.
I've also been busy in personal witness and one to one. God has been kind in allowing many great conversations.
In regards to open-air preaching things have been a bit slow. As regularly readers of this blog would know I was arrested twice in September for preaching in Perth. These arrests have brought much support from those outside of the church, but sadly much opposition from those within the body of Christ. However, all this has been for the furtherance of the Gospel. Through these arrests God has opened doors for me to testify of the Gospel on radio and TV. On the legal front we are still waiting for Police Scotland to decide if I will be taken the court or not. Once that is over we will be beginning legal action against the police for unlawful arrest and detainment. Please pray this will all go well, also please pray for Christian Concern as they take up my case.
Well, that is about it for now. Stay tune for future updates and ministry reports.
Yours in Fulfilling the Great Commission
